Information we collect when you sell an iPhone

• Quote details: the device type, model, storage, carrier, condition, any faults, accessories and your answers to the eligibility questions, including IMEI where asked.
• Photos: pictures you upload of the device, used only to price and check it.
• Contact and payout details: your name, email address, ZIP code and state, an optional phone number and your chosen payout method. Bank or account details are requested only when payment is made.
• Messages and forms: anything you send through the contact, bulk or Write for Us forms.
• Technical data: a one-way hash of your IP address to prevent spam and abuse, and site analytics if analytics is enabled.

How we use it

• To give you a quote, email your shipping label, test the device and pay you.
• To reply to questions, bulk requests and guest-post pitches.
