On the device, go to Settings > [your name] > Sign Out, or remove it from Devices at icloud.com/find with the owner's Apple Account. A second-hand buyer needs the previous owner to do this. Activation Lock follows the Apple Account signed in on the Mac Pro. Sign out in Settings and the lock lifts, so the next owner can set it up.
Can I sell a Mac Pro I am locked out of?
